The Largest Crop Ever

Standardized procedures to deliver high quality products from farm to you.

Once the dates are ready to be harvested, they are collected in number of trays. When the trays are full, they are emptied into a larger screened tray which is then taken to the processing area for sorting with respect to size and quality. The dates are then cleaned, packed and moved into cold storage; hence ready to be sold.Once harvested, most of the dates come already ripened, but occasionally we get some that are still yellow. These yellow dates have to be left out in the artificial heat to finish ripening. The dates are then selected on the basis of best of quality that are further delivered by our date firm to our buyer.Plump, moist, and luscious… these fresh sweet dates are a real treat. They truly are exceptionally delicious. Ideal for baking and great just to pop in your mouth.
